Shake Recipes

 

Another one of our favorite flavors is the Formula 1 Chocolate Healthy Meal Nutritional Shake Mix. It too can be the base for a never-ending supply of recipes. Remember, you can always adjust the ice to liquid ratio depending on how thick or thin you like your shakes. Here's just a few of our favorite chocolate recipes, enjoy! 

 

Classic Chocolate:

 

  • 2 Scoops Formula 1 Chocolate Healthy Meal Nutritional Shake Mix

  • Chocolate Protein Drink Mix (1 Scoop for Women & 2 Scoops for Men)

  • 1/2 Cup Ice

  • 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

 

Directions:

  • Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

 

Chocolate Orange:

 

  • 2 Scoops Herbalife Formula 1 Chocolate Healthy Meal Nutritional Shake Mix

  • Chocolate Protein Drink Mix (1 Scoop for Women & 2 Scoops for Men)

  • 1/2 Cup Ice

  • 1 Cup Orange Juice

 

Directions: 

  • Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

 

 

Almond Joy:

 

  • 2 Scoops Herbalife Formula 1 Chocolate Healthy Meal Nutritional Shake Mix

  • Vanilla or Chocolate Protein Drink Mix (1 Scoop for Women & 2 Scoops for Men)

  • 2 Tablespoons of Shredded Coconut

  • 2 Tablespoons of Sliced Almonds

  • 1/2 Cup Ice

  • 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Vanilla Milk

 

Directions: 

  • Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

 

 

White Chocolate Strawberry:

 

  • 2 Scoops Herbalife Formula 1 Chocolate Healthy Meal Nutritional Shake Mix

  • Vanilla Protein Drink Mix (1 Scoop for Women & 2 Scoops for Men)

  • 2 Teaspoon Jellow Instant Pudding Mix, White Chocolate Flavor

  • 3-4 Strawberries (Frozen)

  • 1/2 Cup Ice

  • 1 Cup Nonfat or Soy Milk

 

Directions: 

  • Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

 

Tips: 

  • The pudding mix gives the shake a richer flavor, and you can always get fat free/sugar free mixes, so that it won't add any unnecessary fat or calories.

  • If you forgot to freeze the strawberries, try adding about 1/2 cup more milk along with 4-6 ice cubes.

  • If shake is too thick, try adding a little bit of water to thin it down.

 

 

Classic Iced Mocha:

 

  • 2 Scoops Herbalife Formula 1 Chocoloate Healthy Meal Nutritional Shake Mix

  • Vanilla or Chocolate Protein Drink Mix (1 Scoop for Women & 2 Scoops for Men)

  • 1/2 Cup Ice

  • 1 Cup Cold Brewed Coffee

 

Directions: 

  • Place all ingredients in shaker and shake until chilled.

 

Tips: 

  • To get a blended iced mocha drink, combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

  • You can also substitute 1 tablespoon instant coffee and 1 cup nonfat or almond milk for the 1 cup of cold brewed coffee.
