The Formula 1 Cafe Latte Healthy Meal Nutritional Shake Mix is a flavor we absolutely cannot go without having in the house! It's the perfect solution for those groggy mornings where all you want is a solid cup of coffee! If it's the coffee flavor your craving, but don't want the caffeine, try substituting decaf in the recipe.

 

Classic Cafe Latte:

 

  • 2 Scoops Formula 1 Cafe Latte Healthy Meal Nutritional Shake Mix

  • Chocolate or Vanilla Protein Drink Mix (1 Scoop for Women & 2 Scoops for Men)

  • 1/2 Cup Ice

  • 1 Cup Nonfat or Almond Milk

 

Directions:

  • Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

 

Deluxe Cafe Latte:

 

  • 2 Scoops Formula 1 Cafe Latte Healthy Meal Nutritional Shake Mix

  • Chocolate or Vanilla Protein Drink Mix (1 Scoop for Women & 2 Scoops for Men)

  • 1 Tablespoon Coffee Creamer Flavor of Your Choice

  • 1 Teaspoon Instant Coffee (or more to taste)

  • 1/2 Cup Ice

  • 1 Cup Nonfat or Almond Milk

 

Directions: 

  • Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

 

Tips: 

  • To get an iced mocha drink, combine all ingredients in a shaker and shake until well mixed.

  • You can also substitute 1 cup of cold brewed coffee for the 1 teaspoon instant coffee and 1 cup nonfat or almond milk.

  • If you don't want the extra calories from the coffee creamer, substitute a sugar-free version of your favorite syrup flavor.

Caramel Cafe Latte:

 

  • 2 Scoops Formula 1 Cafe Latte Healthy Meal Nutritional Shake Mix

  • Chocolate or Vanilla Protein Drink Mix (1 Scoop for Women & 2 Scoops for Men)

  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar-Free Caramel Syrup

  • 1 Teaspoon Instant Coffee (or more to taste)

  • 1/2 Cup Ice

  • 1 Cup Nonfat or Almond Milk

 

Directions: 

  • Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
